We are booked on the Far East cruise on Azamara Quest 31st Jan 2009 - first time for us on this ship so are keeping our fingers crossed - sounded a good trip with two days in Hong Kong at beginning of cruise and three days in Beijing at the end. Having been on all but the Mercury with Celebrity and enjoying them for many years I have converted to Azamara and currently have two cruises booked with them, one on each ship. I don't think you can really equate the Mercury, Celebrity's oldest ship, with Azamara Quest, a boutique, newly refurbished 5+* ship. Recent reviews of the Quest rave about the quality and variety of the food. Mercury does not even have an alternative restaurant whereas on the tiny Azamara there are two to choose between. In a Sky Suite you will also have the attention of the Head Butler, in addition to the usual Butler and stateroom attendent. With 3 people waiting on your every need you can't go wrong!
